When should I expect my custom mix to be completes?

Please plan appropriately. Your custom mix could take anywhere between 2-3 weeks to be completed. We always provide prompt service. Please plan accordingly and we will have your mix completed within three weeks. Should you require expedited service please communicate these expectations up front! Be sure to pay the expedited fee of $100.00 per mix. Please ensure you complete your 8-count sheet accordingly and have all song choices selected before submitting your request. Any exceptions could potentially create a delay in your custom mix being completed.

How will I receive my mix once it has been completed.

Don't worry we will promptly email your complete mix to the email address you have provided to us. All mixes will sent in MP3 format. You can then burn the mix to your CD of choice.

What should I do if my routine changes and I need to have sections moved around?

We will reconstruct your custom mix for you to match the routine. All reconstruction will be peformed at $50.00 per hour.

How and when should I pay for my custom mix?

Complete the form under purchase. Depress submit and the paypal link shall appear for you to purchase your custom mix. Please be sure you have paid in full before your mix has been completed. Your custom mix will not be released until rendered services have been paid in full.
