XCITE MUSIC PRODUCTIONS creates custom cheerleading mixes which will be contstructed using popular music choices selected by the customer to be used for recreational and promotional purposes. XCITE MUSIC PRODUCTIONS does not own or claim to own any of the songs used in ANY of the custom mixes. The original licensing and publishing affiliations contained in each song within the custom mix remain with the originator of that song. By purchasing a mix from XCITE MUSIC PRODUCTIONS you certify you have purchased and own the song or songs that are being utilized within the mix. You certify that you are taking the responsibilty of any copyright infringement or labor claims that my be brought forth by purchasing any custom mix from XCITE MUSIC PRODUCTIONS.
Payment Policy
XCITE MUSIC PRODUCTIONS expects payment in full for all services rendered. Once your music has entered the production stage refunds will not be allowed. Payment is expected in full before any custom mix will be released to the customer. XCITE MUSIC PRODUCTIONS accepts paypal and cashiers checks for payment. If you are paying by check please mail your check 14 days before your mix is scheduled to be completed. This will allow time for mail processing and check processing at the bank.
SHOULD YOU REQUIRE XCITE MUSIC PRODUCTIONS TO MAIL YOU A HARD COPY OF YOUR MUSIC. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO THE CUSTOM MIX.
